Sam Hunter

Hunter was a Canadian cartoonist whose career began as an illustrator and editorial cartoonist in 1882, eventually becoming the editorial cartoonist for four Toronto newspapers, The Toronto World from 1897 to 1917, The Globe (Toronto Globe) from 1917 to about 1919, The Toronto Star from about 1919 to unknown date, and The Toronto News, dates unknown. He retired in 1937.
