Maurice Rosenfield

Maurice Rosenfield worked in comic books as the co-owner, publisher, editor, and writer for Brookwood, from 1939 to 1940. After Brookwood sold its only comic, Speed Comics, to Harvey, Rosenfield continued as an editor and managing editor for Prize, from 1940 to about 1949. Around 1946 and continuing at least to 1957 if not later, Maurice Rosenfield was Prize's business manager / general manager. Rosenfield ran his own company in the 1970s called Reece Publications, which published True Crime and True Sex Stories magazines. He worked in pulp magazines during the 1930s with some tie-in with Harry Donenfeld. Details are not known.
