Synopsis
An old friend had dropped by while she was doing house cleaning and invited her and her husband to join the old gang for dinner at the Berkeley just like they had before she had "joined the ranks of down-trodden housewives". Insulted by the remark, she agreed, but realized she didn't have anything to wear since she hadn't bought a new dress in the twelve months she had been married to Fred. She broke into the piggy bank to get enough for a new dress, but dreaded what Fred would say when he found out.
