Synopsis

The conspiracy thickens as Basil finds his entire town taken over by the military under martial law. What exactly are the plans of this military leader known only as The General? Meanwhile, CrossStar and Mr. Marble are locked in battle to determine the fate of a dozen innocent children’s lives.
