Synopsis
Years ago, the Mighty Crusaders rid the world of all evil and built a town for themselves called Red Circle. Joe Higgins is invited to a party in celebration of the town's birth, and attends.

This comic is intended to be given away at Halloween. It was sold to comic book stores in bundles of 25. "New Crusaders Preview" is the indicia title. Cover title is "New Crusaders" or "New Crusaders: Rise of the Heroes".
