Synopsis
Passengers on the quay, beset by porters who fight over their baggage, or carry it off on a barrow, and accosted by a hackney coachman. Behind the confused crowd is the tall funnel of the boat, and two more distant funnels: one placarded 'Runcorn', the other 'Wood Side'.
