Synopsis

Jiker has just shot up old Dan Bagget and while the old man rambles about getting back to his cabin and telling Ol' Betsy about this. Miller rides into town, enters into the saloon to celebrate and runs into a member of the jury that sent him to jail, giving him grief as well as the judge who sentenced him. Miller announces he's taking over the town, and will have a new trial to be declared innocent. Then he approaches young Lucy for a little pleasure when Sheriff Kane walks in and there is a battle royal, and the sheriff gives in. But old Dan walks in and blasts Miller with Ole Betsy!

Notes

The letters column in this issue has a note from William Gaines stating that due to Harvey Kurtzman's hospitalization, the issue was taken "Under the direction of assistant editor Jerry Dee."
