Synopsis
Deadpool has been secretly hired by Archangel to search for evidence of Apocalypse’s return. After a year on the hunt, the Merc with the Mouth tracks down Clan Akkaba and discovers that it may be too late. Archangel responds by assembling a new X-Force team capable of killing one of the X-Men’s most deadly enemies.

"Midtown Comics Exclusive" is printed on the front cover.
Some sources incorrectly refer to this as a "New York Comic Con" or as an "NYCC Exclusive." This might be because the Midtown Comics logo has "NYC" (New York City) printed on it and/or because the 2010 NYCC was held a few days after this issue's release and most likely was available to purchase at the convention.
In actuality, retailers could order this variant, as it was made available on PREVIEWSworld.com, neither "New York Comic Con" nor the NYCC logo is printed on the front or back cover, and it is not referred to as such on the Midtown Comics website.
