Synopsis
Betty is an actress relegated to being an extra. She tries to get an interview with a famous producer, but is unsuccessful. Her luck changes when she and her roommate win the football pools. Betty gets just enough money to follow the producer to Dover where she uses her wealth to pretend to be a successful actress who has no time for him. Unaccustomed to being rejected by actresses, the producer becomes more and more intrigued with her.
