Synopsis

Growing up, Denise is mean to Molly because she is poor. When Denise invites everyone except Molly to her party, an angry Molly shows up at Denise's house and throws a rock through the window. Unintentionally, the rock goes through the window and hits Denise. Molly runs home to discover that her family is packing up to move to New York. Years later, Molly's only happiness is the affair she has with a married man. Only later does she discover that the man is married to Denise who still seems to be suffering from the injury she received as a child.
