Synopsis

As Ann attends her husband's funeral, she thinks back five years earlier when she had left home to marry Frank and get away from her alcoholic father. Now a young widow, she attempts to reconnect with her family, discovering that her father is dead and her younger sister works at a night club called the Black Sun. Ann is shocked to learn that her husband had been a gangster and she has inherited ownership of the night club from him.
