May or may not be completely accurate, but is reasonable as falling between Four Color #544 and Four Color #546 - the previous issue and next issues. 1954-02-23 is the publication date in Catalog of Copyright Entries, 1954 Books and Pamphlets, page 177.
Partial reprint of Four Color (Dell, 1942 series) #92. The actual adaptation of the Pinocchio movie is reprinted completely in this issue. It is the backup story from Four Color 92, "The Wonderful Mis-Adventures of Donocchio" with Donald Duck, that is omitted.
