"Not For Resale" is printed in the bottom-left corner of the front cover. It does not have a price or a barcode printed on either the front or back cover.

According to comicbookinvest.com, Book Market Variants were a select few comics that Marvel had printed to hand out at library conventions to build interest for the trade paperbacks which contained these issues.

These variants contain the same advertisements on the back cover as their standard first printings, which means that they were most likely printed along with (at the same time as) the standard first printings.
