Synopsis

Hercules comes to the aid of a bored Texas oil heiress, descending underwater to fix her father's oil rig. In doing so, Hercules discovers that Japanese are stealing Texas oil via a great pipeline, so he personally carries a huge vat of oil back to Texas.
