Synopsis
The master criminal known as the Mangler has stolen a formula with deadly properties, a toxic bacteria that he keeps contained in a child's water pistol. Kirby discovers the murder weapon and along with the police are in pursuit of the Mangler, who plans on selling the formula to the highest bidder at the Congress of World Scientists.
