Synopsis
Blackout learns from one of the Kingpin's thugs that Peter Parker produces all of Spider-Man's weaponry. In order to force Peter to sabotage those weapons, he kidnaps Aunt May and contacts Peter, not knowing he's speaking to Spider-Man himself. Otto shows up at the rendezvous, frees Aunt May, and quickly overpowers Blackout, torturing him until he fully surrenders and agrees to tell the underworld that Peter Parker, his family, and his friends are off limits.

Though described in the indicia as a one-shot, there is a second issue published in May 2014.
