Synopsis

Porky Hogg, realizing that the Blue Beetle is the only thing standing in his way of a major crime wave, masses his henchmen and prepares thoroughly to defeat his sworn enemy. He decides to bring his enemy into the open by using his own men dressed as the Blue Beetle, then pinning the resulting murders upon him.
