Synopsis

The teenagers in Barnston go to a tired-looking building known as the Old Met for dancing. But when a new owner closes the building, the teenagers have nowhere to go. Beverly knows the council has plenty of land to build a place for the teenagers, but can't convince anyone on the council to take the time or interest to do it. So she convinces Bruce to run for Alderman Champain's seat on the council to be the spokesman for the teenagers' interests.
