Synopsis
When a trans-Atlantic cruise ship sinks after hitting an old German mine, seven people make it to a lifeboat and are separated from the other survivors. The lifeboat has three couples aboard and the story recounts how each couple came to be on the ill-fated ship from the perspective of each woman.
