This issue is identical to the 1959/60 Frew Adventures of Catman #12 (with 2 small cover changes), and marks the change-over to Page/Yaffa taking over the series. It's the only Catman reprint comic with the Original edition's issue number; all the rest were numbered from 14 to 26.
