Synopsis
Dickie and Dan are in a Paris courtroom. Dan persuades the judge to release Jason, the defendant, into his custody, and Dickie extols the virtues of sailing to him. Their boat has been destroyed, so Mac Snorgan lends them his cruiser. Always devious, Jason sells the cruiser to Jacque, the head of the Parisian Black Market, so Dickie and Dan give chase.
