Synopsis
A swindler forces an old-time miner to sign a loan at gun-point. After he gets the paper signed, he shoots the old-timer, anyway, figuring to use the signature to take over the claim for the gold mine. But the signature on the loan holds a clue that Hopalong uses to solve the case.
