Synopsis
The Shadow and Doc Savage track Benson to New Jersey where he plans to confront the people who murdered his family. The Shadow shoots them all before the Avenger can stop him. Then John Sunlight's plan to destroy time using the UXM begins, but both Sunlight and the Voodoo Master are killed instead. Finally the three heroes agree that their differing methods to fight crime will prevent them from working together on a regular basis.
