Synopsis

The property owner won't renew the lease on 'Caloundra', an Australian shore-line property, held by Sharon's father and they have until the end of the month to move out. Sharon discovers the the property-owner's son is the part-time lifeguard who saved her life when she got in trouble while surfing. Seeing that his son has taken a liking to Sharon, the property owner offers to renew her father's lease if she agrees to break up his son's pending engagement.
