Synopsis

Billy sees a man outside his window at night, but his parents tell him it's just a man from the neighborhood. He continues to see it, and tells them it's Bonnie Shaw, a legendary monster that takes kids whose parents gave them away, but they ignore him. The monster takes him. His parents pack up and move away. A detective has a drink in a bar, saying "Never again."
