Synopsis

After nearly destroying Professor Finster's lab Shaggy takes a job working for Jerry Sloane, creator of the Blue Scarab Comic books. Later that evening, Sloane finds himself face-to-face with the Blue Scarab, who threatens Sloane and gives him a powerful electric shock. The gang work to discover the mystery of the Blue Scarab.
