Synopsis

Illustrated promotional ad giving free to readers a 7" x 10 1/4" four color portrait poster of the Silver Streak for every two "Silver Streak Portrait Certificates" they mailed in, OR 10 cents in coin with only one certificate. Readers were told last issue that there would be the same certificate in this issue as in the last.
