Synopsis

Baxter captures the tiny Turtles and brings them back to Shredder so he can prove to Krang that he has defeated their foes. With the Turtles too small to fend for themselves, Shredder and April ride in to the rescue. April uses the alien crystal to return the Turtles back to normal size.
