Synopsis

Convinced that their avowed enemy, the Clown, is dead, Magno and Davey decide to take in the local circus. Meanwhile, in his underground laboratory beneath a cemetery, the Clown is very hard at work and decides to visit the circus in order to see a killer ape that has been stricken with epamonia, a rare jungle malady. Creating a diversion, the Clown kidnaps the beast in order to draw his blood and attempt to create a serum of death to humans as part of his mad plan to rule America.
