Synopsis
Somewhere in Africa, a game commissioner is charged with exposing two "Red agents" who are trying to influence the natives into overthrowing the authorities. When a rogue elephant attacks the village, the commissioner saves the day, making the foreign agents look cowardly by comparison, and ending their nefarious plans.
