Synopsis

Molly's boyfriend was an employee of her father's and her father discovered the boyfriend had once before gone after a girl because of her money, so he refused to give his consent. Molly planned to leave anyway even though her father told her he wouldn't give her any money, but Bruce left her without explanation. Two years later, Molly's father had died and she was now running the business. Bruce returns and wants to marry her, but this time it is Molly who fails to show up at their rendezvous. She tells her friend that everyone's entitled to a white lie, now and then.
