Synopsis

Molly and Stephen know that the building inspectors will not approve their building and they will have to close their kindergarten. Molly comes up with a plan to use the vacant house next to the school, but the owner makes them go away. So Stephen comes up with the idea of holding a raffle to raise money for repairs. The neighbor next door offers to help, but it's really just a scheme to rip them off. However, after meeting Molly, he tries to back off the scam with his accomplices.
