Synopsis

Mandy encounters a man at a street corner while they are waiting for the lights to change. He tells her about how he is engaged to his boss's daughter, then the lights change and they part. Later, Mandy is given a chance to sing for a group called the Freewheelers and she discovers the man she met at the traffic light is part of the group.
