Synopsis

On a fortnight cruise, Norma falls in love with Paul. When it becomes obvious that Paul comes from a wealthy family, Norma can't bring herself to tell him that her mum and dad run a little grocer's shop and she works in an office from nine till five. As the ship returns to England, Paul wants to meet her parents but she puts him off by getting his number and promising she will call him. After talking to her mum about Paul, she agrees to invite him over. When he arrives all her fears vanish like a foolish dream as he gets along great with her parents.
