Synopsis

Sarah meets Mike when he has a summer job on the coast. When summer ends, he gets a permanent job to stay. But soon, his leg is badly damaged in an accident and he changes. He tells Sarah he is a millstone and she should leave him. She runs in fear, but an old beachcomber encourages her to reflect on winter, its beauty and the certainty of another spring. Sarah returns to Mike and persists until he understands also.
