Die Kitty Die Deluxe Edition #1

This book is the result of a Kickstarter campaign. The main goal of the campaign was to produce four monthly digital issues of Die Kitty Die. This book was an extra incentive, and collects the four digital issues. This is the first appearance of the material in physical form. The four digital issues were published by Astro Comix (Dan Parent & Fernando Ruiz's company; http://www.astrocomix.com/), and originally this book was going to be published by Astro Comix too. However, by the time the book was ready for publication, Parent and Ruiz had signed with Charterhouse Comics to publish the four issues of Die Kitty Die in physical form and distribute them to comic book stores, so Charterhouse published this book too.
