Synopsis
A masked man appears in Richmond, Virginia, and saves the life of a woman named Danielle. He calls himself a traveler; based on a frayed patch on his uniform, she calls him Kronus. He proceeds to battle two of the three Split-Second Men, Angstrom and Splinter, in the Washington area, putting federal agents on the hunt.
