Synopsis

Count Pepi courts Diana and persuades her to go sky diving, which they do on multiple occasions. Meanwhile, her true love, The Phantom, is en route to America for a visit and reads about the pair in the newspaper. Pepi plans to get Diana to smuggle the stolen Marci diamonds out of the country during a sky dive, but The Phantom arrives in time to bring Pepi and his cohort to justice.
