Synopsis
A cadre of baddies that Cobra Commander has double-crossed over the years captures Flint and the Baroness to get information as to the location of the head snake. The Joes team up with Destro to get their people back.
Notes
Wherle is credited with "copy edits" on the credits and title page, unlike previous issues of this series where he was credited with "edits," but refers to himself as "your rock and roll editor" on the letters page.
Issue contains a dedication to "our men and woman in the armed forces who defend America's freedom every day."
