Synopsis

Toni and Primus go to a nightclub where a comedian who mimics President Richard Nixon performs. Primus follows the man backstage when he sees him accompanied by two unsavory characters but is rendered unconscious. Toni finds him and they inform the White House. Soon after Primus finds the submarine where the Nixon imitator and a man who resembles the Soviet Premier are held. Dr.Forbush intends to use both men to spark World War III. Captured by two divers Primus learns that Mixon refuses to cooperate and is being tortured. Mixon causes a disruption that allows Primus to defeat the criminals.
