Synopsis

A famous big game hunter finds out that Konga is on an uninhabited south seas island and goes there to hunt him. When he and his fiancee land on the island, they see Konga crying because a giant clam has clamped down on his thumb. Just like the story of Androcles removing the thorn from the lion's paw, he removes the clam and is befriended by a now docile Konga. Eventually the hunter returns home. Later he returns to the island on a rich publisher's boat. The boat gets tossed around by stormy seas, but Konga saves his life paying him back for his earlier kindness.
