Synopsis

In the future, Atlanteans have built a massive city that reaches above the surface of the sea. An older Superman, Wonder Woman, and Hal Jordan visit their old friends King Arthur and Queen Mera and their young son Tom. When Atlantean rebels attack aided by surface dwellers, the heroes help Aquaman stop the uprising. However, they are soon faced with a new threat, the return of Murk, who was believed dead, who is the only one who realizes that this future world is an illusion created by a Black Mercy plant. Murk believes that to break Aquaman free from its control, he must kill young Tom.
