Synopsis

While Grodd plans to use his special lightning rod to tap the power of the Speed Force, Barry enlists the aid of Godspeed to help him regain his connection to the Speed Force. Kid Flash and Avery try to free Meena from Grodd's control. Barry's attempt to regain his powers has unfortunate consequences.
