Synopsis

Sea Dog, Roadblock, Stalker, Shipwreck, and Kamakura raid a cobra facility, expecting to find Duke, but find Spirit instead. General Ray is recruited to lead a new anti-terror task force, called Phoenix Guard, comprised of Halo, Friday, High-Tide, Mech, and Snake-Eater
