Synopsis
Black Talon makes an agreement with Nazi butcher Baron Boche to obtain a portion of American land that could provide raw materials for the Nazi war machine. Black Talon remembers hearing about a Dr. Livingstone, who was searching for undiscovered land, and when the Young Allies discover a bottle in the water with a message from that doctor inside, Black Talon's men manhandle the boys and Livingstone's daughter to get that bottle and message inside.
