Synopsis
Clark investigates to find out why Mayor Hopkins ordered Melody Moore and the fire department to stop investigating the arson fires. Red Cloud attempts to kill Melody in retaliation for leaking that information to Kent.
Notes
This issue should have gone on sale the last week of December 2018, and should have had an indicia date of February 2019. However DC did not have any books go on sale 12/26/2018, and shifted all books that should have been out that week to the following week, 01/02/2019. As a result of this shift, all of the affected books had an indicia date of March 2019 instead of February 2019. The following issue was published the last week of January 2019 and also had an indicia date of March 2019. So there was no February 2019 issue but there were two March 2019 issues.
