This is the first of 2 issues in the Offset Printing (OPC) series numbered C1, titled Monsoon (but this one is titled Monsoon Comics). Two of the main stories are identical in the 2 issues, but the other two are different (but are reprinted in a Shado McGraw issue); the printers are also different.
