Synopsis

THUNDER Agents discover brilliant inventor Professor Jennings has been murdered and his lab ransacked by Warlord. They find some equipment that has not been taken and bring it to Thunder officials. While discovering the abilities of some of the equipment, they determine they need to come up with three specially trained agents - the best of the best.
