Synopsis

Picard solves the mystery in time to save Deanna and Worf, who have themselves learned that the circus is a front for an interplanetary smuggling operation. Meanwhile, Data is escorting Phillipa Louvois to a legal conference, but they find themselves on a collision course with a ship that doesn't respond to their communications.
