This issue funded via a Kickstarter campaign (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/394056054/paul-kupperbergs-weird-love-and-jungle-comics/description). There is no price printed on the comic, but the smallest Kickstarter pledge that included this issue was $12.00 USD. As can be seen on the original unpublished cover, the first story was approved by the Comics Code Authority before it was decided to not publish the story in 1985. It is unknown if the other two stories were approved before they were abandoned in 1970.
